1. Introduction

ReadySetList, operated by Joshua Lang (“we”, “us”, “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the ReadySetList mobile application (the “App”) and related services.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal identifying information (such as your name, email, phone number, or photos).
We only collect the data required to operate the App and provide photo-editing and listing-management features.

2.1 User-Provided Listing Data

When entering details about a real estate listing, you may provide the following non-PII information:

  • Property address

  • Timestamp of listing creation

  • Room count

  • Square footage

  • Photo count (number only, not the photos themselves)

  • Payment and usage status (e.g., whether editing credits were applied)

This data is used only to support the App’s core functionality and your workflow.

2.2 Device Diagnostics and App Usage Data

We collect standard diagnostic information to maintain and improve the App:

  • Crash reports

  • Performance logs

  • Basic device/OS information

  • In-app usage events

Crash reports may also be collected by Apple if you have opted into sharing analytics.

2.3 Location Data (Optional)

If you choose to allow location permissions, the App may access your GPS location for:

  • Autofilling listing address fields

  • Improving accuracy of property location metadata

Location access is optional. If you deny permission, the App will still function normally.

2.4 Payment Transaction Data

When you make a purchase through Apple’s in-app purchasing system, we receive non-PII transaction metadata, including:

  • Transaction ID

  • Product ID

  • Purchase status

  • Validation information

Apple processes all payments. We do not receive or store any payment card information, names, or billing addresses.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information only for the following purposes:

  • To operate and improve the App

  • To save listing metadata

  • To provide support and troubleshoot issues

  • To process in-app purchases via StoreKit

  • To maintain service reliability and stability (logs & diagnostics)

4. How and Where Your Data Is Stored

4.1 On Your Device

  • Photos captured in the app remain on your device until uploaded for editing

  • Listing details are stored locally within the App

  • Deleting the App removes local data

4.2 In Our Backend (Google Sheets via n8n)

To support your listing-management features, we securely store non-PII listing metadata in a Google Sheets document, including:

  • Address

  • Timestamp

  • Room count

  • Square footage

  • Photo count

  • Payment credit usage

No personal information about you is included.
No photos are uploaded unless you manually submit them for editing.

4.3 Payments

Only non-PII StoreKit transaction logs are stored.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Your data is only shared with:

  • Google Sheets, accessed via our secure n8n automation, for storing listing metadata

  • Apple, which processes all payments and may collect crash logs if you opted in at the device level

We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or third-party profiling systems.

6. Data Retention

  • Listing metadata stored in Google Sheets is retained long-term to support your historical usage and workflow

  • Crash logs and diagnostics are retained as long as required for support

  • Transaction metadata is retained to validate purchases

  • Local data on your device is deleted if you uninstall the App

7. Your Choices and Controls

Because we do not collect personal information, certain privacy rights (such as data access or deletion requests) may not apply.

You can, however:

  • Delete listings within the App

  • Revoke location permissions at any time

  • Delete the App to remove local storage

  • Contact us if you want us to purge listing metadata associated with your device ID or usage record

8. Children’s Privacy

ReadySetList is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including:

  • Secure transfer to Google services

  • Restricted access to our automation infrastructure

  • Limited retention of diagnostics

No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we strive to follow industry best practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify users in-app.
